## Legal notice The owner of demto3d.com and seller of DEMto3D PRO is Francisco Javier Venceslá Simón, tax identification number 77349006Y. Contact: info@demto3d.com. Additional applicable details: Not applicable.
This website presents DEMto3D, its instructions and support channels. The plugin is governed by its licences. These sales terms do not restrict the rights those licences grant, and third-party notices remain applicable. Spanish information requirements.
DEMto3D PRO purchase and delivery terms
Product. The initial purchase includes DEMto3D PRO 0.2.1 as a ZIP containing QGIS 3 and QGIS 4 packages and source code. The corresponding QGIS version must be installed and its own requirements met. DEMto3D PRO has no additional specific technical requirements.
Price and use. The advertised price is EUR 9.90, paid once, including taxes. There is no subscription, online activation, time limit or device limit. Payment helps maintain DEMto3D and develop new features.
Scope. Your purchase includes the acquired version and its bug fixes, excluding new features in later versions. This does not exclude updates or remedies legally required to keep the acquired content in conformity. Free and PRO receive free email support for usage questions and bug fixes without proof of purchase.
Licence. Our own code is supplied under GPL-3.0-or-later. You may use, study, modify and redistribute it under that licence. Third-party licences remain in the package. Paying for this download does not remove your GPL rights. GPLv3 text.
Ordering and territory. Sales are available in Spain and the other European Union Member States within the standard area supported by Stripe Tax. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; Åland; Mount Athos; Heligoland and Büsingen; Livigno, Campione d’Italia and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano; French overseas territories, including Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Martin; and the Azores and Madeira are temporarily excluded. Associated territories outside the EU are also excluded. Availability is checked using the billing country and postal code before the charge is completed.
These destinations may have different tax treatment. Location will be determined from billing details, and availability for the address and the applicable tax information will be checked before payment confirmation. An automatic zero-tax result does not establish an exemption. You can review the product, total and details and correct them before confirming. Stripe Checkout processes the payment. Your bank may show a temporary authorization; the amount is captured only if the billing address and tax calculation are valid. Otherwise, the authorization is canceled and your bank determines when the hold is released. Payment is verified before download access is enabled. Never send card details by email. The contract is offered in Spanish and English; confirmation uses your selected language.
Delivery. Digital content is delivered automatically and immediately once payment is confirmed, with no physical shipment. The initial link will be valid for 7 days, with a limit of 5 downloads per order. While downloads remain, you may request recovery by email: a new 7-day link replaces the previous link and retains the remaining allowance. If the allowance is exhausted, contact info@demto3d.com. Link security limits do not limit use of your downloaded copy or GPL rights. For a confirmed payment with inaccessible files, email your order reference; do not pay again to resolve the problem.
Invoices. Request an invoice privately at info@demto3d.com with the order reference and required billing details. Do not send card numbers. The seller will issue and retain legally required sales documentation even if no invoice is requested by email.
Refunds and withdrawal. We do not offer discretionary refunds beyond statutory rights. If you buy as a consumer, you retain the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason. Delivery remains immediate after payment confirmation. Downloading or using the file does not waive that right; acceptance of the terms is not recorded as consent to losing it.
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to info@demto3d.com before the period ends. Sending the statement within that period is sufficient. Include your name and order reference, if available, to help locate the purchase; never send card details. You may use the model below or any other unambiguous statement. We will acknowledge receipt by email. We will reimburse the full payment without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees. No amount will be deducted because the content has been downloaded or used. Spanish statutory provisions, Articles 104, 106, 107 and 108.
